Who is Arjen?
Arjen Banach is a highly sought-after Keynote Speaker, writer, and organizational futurist. He is one of the thought leaders in the field of organizational culture and has been researching progressive organizations for over 15 years.
He has written several bestsellers and is known for his fresh, innovative view on how we organize work. Arjen was the first Chief Happiness Officer in the Netherlands at a large healthcare institution.
As an inspiring Keynote Speaker, he is on stage almost daily to stimulate professionals with themes such as change, innovation, workplace happiness, and leadership. He has now given over 1,000 lectures, both nationally and internationally.

My approach
Arjen is not a professor with a story full of scientific research and theoretical models. If you’re looking for an analytical lecture on management philosophy, Arjen is not the right person.
Arjen brings energy. Energy is the fuel to do things differently, to change.
